Online Control of the Production Process
BuildAPP® is a cloud “order management software”, which allows you to check production and all your documents even outside the company, via smartphone or tablet.
With our WEB application you can correctly apply the Regulation 305/2011 for:
– Doors, Security Doors, Fire Doors, Curtain Walls, Gates, Shutters,…;
– Steel and Aluminum structural works in accordance with UNI EN 1090-1 and UNI EN 1090-2 standards.
You can produce all the mandatory documents for the CE marking by yourself.
You can perform a product feasibility study, generate a budget offer, manage the periodic maintenance deadlines of your production equipment, etc.
With BuildAPP® you can...
Check and manage directly ON LINE all outstanding and / or closed orders, individual processing control plans and Non-conformities detected and recorded during production;
It is also possible to produce independently:
- Declarations of Performance (DoP) with automatic correction of the Performances based on the actual dimensions of the manufactured product;
- CE Marking Labels with QR Code and carrying the nr. corresponding DoP;
- Use and Maintenance Manuals, with the Maintenance log;
- Technical Files for each individual Order carried out.
And more .. Have all the necessary forms to properly manage the Factory Production Control (FPC).

1. Customer data entry
Customers can be entered directly on the BuildAPP® platform, or by automatically transferring the data from your Data Base to the Cloud of our system.
2. Product data entry
Products represent the HEART of BuildAPP® because they are associated with all the references relating to the checklists of the checks to be carried out. Entry is simple and guided by an automatic procedure.
3. Inserting Documents and Photos
It is possible to associate Documents and Photographs to each Object (Equipment or Plant) inserted in FieldAPP®, even taken directly in real time.
4. Maintenance Management
It is possible to associate or define a specific check list to each Object (Equipment or Plant) inserted in BuildAPP® to make maintenance activities faster and more effective.
5. Reporting and Visibility
With BuildAPP®, all the completed Check Lists and the related intervention reports, signed in real time via tablet, are visible, both via QR Code and via the WEB page.
NEW Construction Products Regulation
CE marking for construction products is a legal requirement that all manufacturers placing products on the EU market must comply with.
The Construction Products Regulation (EU) 305/2011 (CPR) will remain in force until the existing harmonised standards have been revised to comply with the requirements of the new Regulation (EU) 2024/3110, which entered into force on 7 January 2025 and provides for a transition period until 2040.
For this reason, our BuildAPP® platform already enables the simultaneous management of both products manufactured in accordance with harmonised standards that are still valid under Regulation (EU) 305/2011 and products manufactured in accordance with the new harmonised standards introduced under Regulation (EU) 2024/3110.
BuildAPP® is already designed to manage sustainability-related information, including the new Declaration of Performance and Conformity (DoPC) and the Digital Product Passport (DPP) required by Regulation (EU) 2024/1781. As soon as the European Commission defines the relevant implementation criteria, these features will be automatically made available to our customers.

The ease of management of the Product Sheets with the data of the respective ITTs preloaded, allow you to operate quickly without worrying about managing the performance data that will be included in the DOP and CE Markings, as well as in the QR Code labels.
An important added value of BuildAPP® is the ability to automatically correct the performance data to be included in the DOP, comparing the actual dimensions of the Product under construction with those indicated in the reference ITTs.
Like all our BuildAPP® WEB packages, it is possible to automatically produce the Technical File for each individual Order.
BuildAPP® for Structural Works according to uni EN 1090-1
BuildAPP® is an On-Line FPC.
Simplicity and Power characterize our WEB application for the control of production processes.
The WEB package for the management of the production process of the 1090-1 Structural Works has been specifically designed to minimize the operational complexity of this type of product.
A series of pre-filled and dedicated forms, ranging from purchase requests to registration of incoming material checks, from the drafting of WPS specifications to the registration of all production phases, allows operators to devote themselves fully to the production aspects.
The specialization of this BuildAPP® package also allows you to choose the production process, based on the execution class (EXC1 – 2 – 3 – 4) and the type of CE marking (Method 1, 2, 3a, 3b).
Like all our BuildAPP® WEB packages, it is possible to automatically produce the Technical File for each individual Order.
